When looking for the off campus accommodations, the Uzhhorod advises to the students to rent only the accredited & reasonable properties. The landlords of certified properties have agreed to give accommodations to students by a Code of Conduct for landlords. This scheme aids better management of student houses in Lugansk (Ukraine). The University has not visited, inspected or permitted the accommodations which local landlords offer to the students and students visiting properties or accommodations based on agents advertising is also done with proper care. Students should expect variations in the suitability and possibly the standards of the housing offered accordingly, however, The University is not responsible or liable for the quality, maintenance of the accommodations getting offered or the services being provided by these landlords or agents or the content of any external individuals/firms to the students. For the students, finding a place to live in a foreign country or in a home country is one of the biggest & effective decisions. Our co-coordinator firm staffs are always available to offer advices and information to the students about issues relating to share housing and rental accommodations. A student should always know that Off-Campus Accommodation is privately owned and is not controlled by the University.
