Admission Prerequisites for MBBS 2021-2022 in Uzhhorod Medical University of Ukraine

To the application form foreigners add:

  • Original and copy of the documents about previous education
  • Original and copy of the document (appendix to the certificate of education), which contains information about the achievements in academic disciplines
  • Copy of birth certificate
  • Medical Health Certificate certified by the official Health Protection Authority of the country of an applicant's legal residence and issued no later than 2 months before the date of leaving to Ukraine
  • Copy of the passport or document certifying the stateless person
  • Valid health insurance (except for foreigners who come from countries with which agreements on providing free emergency medical care)
  • 6 photos (size 4 × 6 cm)
  • Copy of certificate of foreign Ukrainian (if any).
